Dualy, including its associated brand, logo, technology, and all proprietary features (collectively referred to as “Intellectual Property”), is owned and operated exclusively by Groopview Inc. and its affiliated entities. Dualy has been developed and maintained to provide an innovative platform for real-time live streaming, embodying unique features such as simultaneous front and rear camera activation and other proprietary technologies.

Scope of Protection

The Intellectual Property related to Dualy is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, public display, or derivative use of Dualy’s platform, logo, branding materials, technology, or associated media without explicit, prior written consent constitutes an infringement of our rights.

Infringement Reporting

If you believe you have identified a case of infringement involving Dualy, please provide the following information to legal@groopview.com:

• Your name, affiliation, and contact information.
• A description of the unauthorized use or infringement, including supporting evidence such as screenshots, URLs, or documentation.
• The date and location of the infringement (if applicable).
• A statement confirming your good faith belief that the reported use is not authorized by the Intellectual Property owner, its agent, or the law.

Please note that providing false or misleading information in an infringement report may result in legal consequences.

Upon receipt of an infringement report, we will conduct a prompt investigation. If infringement is confirmed, appropriate legal action may be taken, including issuing cease-and-desist notices, pursuing claims for damages, and other remedies available under the law.
